Voting Question: Will Hollister shorts stretch out?

i bought these shorts from hollister: http://www.hollisterco.ca/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_11308_10201_607850_-1_12645_12552 and they feel a BIT tight around my thighs compared to shorts i have that are 100% cotton but i really like the design of this, would they stretch out at the thigh area if i start wearing them so they feel looser? also if they do stretch out a bit after i start wearing them will they go back to the way they were again after i wash them?...
